ンと同タービンにより駆動されるべく同1次吸排気系の
吸気通路に介装されたランプ−レヅサとからなる主排気
過給機と、上記エンジくの2次吸排気系の排気通路に介
装されたタービンと同タービンにより駆動されるべく同
2次吸排気系の−吸気通路に介装されたコンプレツサと
からなる副排気過給機とをそなえるとともに、上記2次
吸排気系の排気通路に介装されて上記副排気過給機のタ
ービンへ供給される排気の流量制御を行なう排気絞り弁
と、上記2次吸排気系の吸気通路に介装されて上記副排
気過給機のコンプレッサから送出される過給気の流量制
御を行なう過給気絞り弁とをそなえ、上記排気絞り弁の
開度を調整する排無絞り弁用アクチュエータと、上記過
給気絞り弁の開度を調整する過給気絞り弁用アクチュエ
ータと、上記の排気絞り弁用アクチュエータおよび過給
気絞り弁用アクチュエータへ制御信号を供給する制御装
置とをそなえ、上記1次吸排気系の吸気通路および上記
2次吸排気系の吸気通路にそれぞれ冷却器が介装されて
、上記1次吸排気系の吸気通路に、上記エンジンの全運
転域に亘って作動する1次吸気弁と、上記燃焼室へ送ら
れる給気に大. きなスワールを発生させるスワール発
生用1次吸気ポートとが設けられるとともに、上記2次
吸排気系の吸気通路に、上記エンジンの一部運転域で作
動する弁作動停止機構付j2凍吸気弁と、上記燃i室へ
