(Prior Art) As a manufacturing method for cosmetic soap, the cross-wire method and the mechanical kneading method are conventionally known. The former is made by mixing pigments, fragrances, and other performance-enhancing agents with high-temperature, high-quality pure soap glue that has been produced in advance using a predetermined method, and then pouring the resulting soap stock solution into a container, where it is cooled and solidified. After forming the soap chamber, it is cut into the desired shape, dried, stamped, and finished. However, in order to perform the molding efficiently, a large number of frames are required. In addition to these frames taking up a large amount of space, the multiple processes required after removal from the frame were a major factor in increasing costs. In addition, in the mechanical kneading method, the soap stock solution is cooled and solidified, which is then shaved into chunks, which are repeatedly kneaded with powerful rolls, then continuously extruded into rod shapes from a vacuum extruder, and then cut. Although it goes through a similar process and is more efficient than the frame wire method, it requires expensive machinery and equipment, so it can only be produced in large quantities, and various operations must be performed after extrusion. There were complications.

Furthermore, no matter which method is used, it is necessary to package each product one by one in order to actually put it on the market, which poses a problem in that the time and effort involved greatly affects the cost.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances.
The purpose of this method is to make it possible to mold soap into shapes suitable for commercial sale using a process that is much simpler than conventional methods, and without the need for expensive machinery and equipment.
To provide a method for molding cosmetic soap that eliminates the need for complicated packaging work.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the cosmetic soap forming method according to the present invention provides a container having an open upper end surface and a tapered side wall that slopes outward toward the upper end surface. A soap box consisting of a body and a lid removably attached to the upper end surface and having at least one through hole is used, and when the soap box is closed, high-temperature heat is introduced into the soap box from the through hole. The method is characterized by injecting a soap stock solution, cooling and solidifying the soap stock solution to form a soap having a shape approximately corresponding to the soap box, and then drying the soap inside the soap box through the through hole. That is.

FIG. 1 shows an example of a soap box used in the method of the present invention, and in the present invention, this soap N1 is used as a mold for molding. , this soap box 1 consists of a container body 2 made of transparent or translucent synthetic resin, and a lid body 3 also made of synthetic resin, and the container body 2 is cup-shaped with an open top end. The peripheral wall 4 has a gently curved bottom surface 5 and is tapered outward toward the upper opening surface, while the lid body 3 is detachably attached to the opening surface of the container body 2. The peripheral wall 6 is configured to close the opening surface, and a peripheral wall 6 provided upright on the peripheral edge is in contact with the outer surface of the upper end of the side wall 4 of the container body 2, and furthermore, the peripheral wall 6 is configured to close the opening surface at a substantially central portion of the lid body. A through hole 7 is provided in the seat, and a plurality of leg pieces 8 are provided on the outer surface to improve seating comfort. Preferably, protrusions or grooves are provided on the inner surface of the container body 2 and/or the lid 3, and in the illustrated embodiment, the protrusions 9 are threaded onto the inner surface of the side wall 4 of the container body 2.

In order to mold soap using the 61 box 1 constructed in this way, the upper opening of the container body 2 is closed with the lid 3, and then the inside of the box 1 is kept at a high temperature through the through hole 7. The dripped soap stock solution 10 is injected to fill the interior. This soap stock solution 10 may be similar to that used in the conventional strip line method. Thereafter, by solidifying the stock solution 10 in a cold section in the box 1, a decorative stone fa11 having a shape almost corresponding to the shape of the first inner surface is formed.
Since the inner surface of the synthetic resin box 1 is very smooth, the soap 11 also has a sufficiently smooth surface. When the stock solution 10 is cooled and solidified, shrinkage occurs, so a gap is created between the soap 11 and the box 1, and water can evaporate from this gap through the through holes 7, so drying is accelerated by leaving it as is without taking it out from 1. be done. This also means that the soap 11 can be dried during the distribution process. The protrusions 9 serve to increase the gap between the soap 11 and the box 1 during contraction, thereby promoting drying. The deflated soap 11 can be easily taken out of the soap box 1 due to the tapered side wall 4 of the container body 2, so if the soap 11 is sent to the market while stored in the box 1. It's good.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the method for molding toilet soap according to the present invention, a soap having a predetermined shape is molded by simply cooling and solidifying the soap stock solution, and the soap is molded into a soap box using a mold for molding. Since the soap can be delivered to the market as it is stored, there is no need to go through the complicated steps required in the past, making it possible to manufacture soap in soap boxes extremely efficiently and at low cost. In addition, since the soap can be dried during the distribution process, there is no need to provide a large drying room as in the past, and the soap can be provided quickly. Additionally, if a box with protrusions or grooves formed on the inner surface of the container body and/or lid body is used, the gap between the molded soap and the box becomes large, which may further accelerate drying. This is possible and desirable.
