Claims (1)
- ＩＣソケツトを搭載し、上記のＩＣソケツトに
導通する多数の接触端子を設けたソケツトボード
を装着するＩＣ用の検査機器において、外部操作
によつて前記の接触端子を挾持して導通したり、
該接触端子を解放したりする機能を備えたコネク
タを複数個列設し、かつ、上記複数個の外部操作
形コネクタの操作用部材を相互に連結し、単一の
駆動部材によつて前記複数個の外部操作形コネク
タの挾持導通および解放の何れか一方の操作を任
意に行い得るように構成したことを特徴とするソ
ケツトボードの着脱装置。
