- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 液体中及び気体中で使用されるすべり軸受に
おいて、軸受部材を窒化珪素(Si3N4)又は炭化珪
素（ＳｉＣ）のセラミツクス材で構成し、該セラ
ミツクス材をリング状にて固定側部材の内径側に
取付けたことを特徴とするすべり軸受。 ２ 前記固定側部材を金属シエルで構成し、該金
属シエルの内径側に、リング状に形成した前記セ
ラミツクス材を焼嵌めにて取付けた実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項記載のすべり軸受。
