することを特徴とするキヤニスタ。 (2) 前記ヒータは、貫通孔を有する正特性サー
ミスタを発熱要素とし、前記外気を前記貫通孔を
通して加熱する半導体ヒータであることを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載のキヤ
ニスタ。 (3) 前記半導体ヒータの正特性サーミスタは、
両端面に多数の貫通孔を開口させたもので成るこ
