に隔壁を形成して抵抗体に対応するインク室を形
成し、この隔壁を介して基板上にノズル板を設け
、抵抗体の発熱によりインクをノズルから噴出す
るようにしたインクジエツト・プリントヘツドに
おいて、前記抵抗体を含む基板面上を絶縁性の保
護膜で被覆し、この保護膜上の所望位置に導電性
の金属膜を設け、金属膜上にメツキにより金属材
料からなる前記隔壁を形成し、隔壁上に平板状の
ノズル板を貼着してなるインクジエツ・プリント

からなる前記隔壁を形成し、隔壁上に平板状のノ
ズル板を貼着してなるインクジエツト・プリント
