Lubrication work is performed using a pump or syringe-like device that is pressurized from the oil filler port.

とする。For this reason, it takes great care and time to reliably lubricate the inside parts, and if the container is not completely filled, it is difficult to pour the set amount, and small air bubbles may get mixed in. In view of this, the present invention connects an ejector-type vacuum pump to a sealed lubrication tank, and connects the tank with a closed container to be lubricated in a conductive manner. The inside of the oil tank is brought to a vacuum or near-vacuum pressure by driving an ejector-type vacuum pump, and the pressure inside the oil tank and the sealed container connected to it is also reduced. Then, the pump is stopped and the pressure inside the oil tank is brought to atmospheric pressure. The present invention is characterized in that the amount of oil to be filled is determined by applying atmospheric pressure to the inside of the closed container and adjusting the reduced pressure inside the container.

Make it strong. An ejector-type vacuum pump 3 is provided on the tank 1 or the lid 2 as shown in the figure, and one or more oil supply pipes 4 are provided, one end of which reaches the inner bottom of the tank or near the inner bottom. A hose 5 is connected to the outer end of the skeleton. When the lid 2 equipped with this ejector-type vacuum pump and oil supply pipe is closed on the tank 1, a mechanism is adopted to make the inside of the tank airtight. A connecting fitting 6 is provided at the tip of the hose 5 of a required length to be detachably attached to the oiling lower a of the closed container 7 to be oiled or liquided. If the lubrication lower a of the closed container 7 is of a screw type, the connecting fitting 6 is screwed using this screw. The connecting fitting 6 has a structure that allows it to be easily and quickly attached to and detached from the closed container.

It consists of a hose connector 6C that is rotatably fitted and connects the hose 5, and the hose connector 6C and the connecting pipe 6a are connected to each other. This is done by rotating the outer end of the fitting shaft 6b manually or with a tool so as to insert the connecting pipe 6a into the lower a. Further, it is assumed that the hose 5 is fixed to the hose connector 6C. - The embodiment shown in Figure 1 is for a case where a sealed container to be filled with oil is installed outside the oil tank, but the embodiment shown in Figure 4 is also adopted to fill oil into multiple containers at once. can.

できるものである。A lubricating tank 1 filled with a required amount of oil to be lubricated, such as a highly viscous oil, is closed and hermetically sealed, and a connecting fitting 6 at the end of a hose is connected to a closed container 7. Next, when high pressure air is supplied to the ejector type vacuum pump 3, the pressure inside the tank is reduced. At this time, the reduced pressure inside the tank is read with a vacuum gauge 8 provided on the lid or a part of the tank. This is because the amount of oil to be poured into the sealed container can be determined in advance by calculating the amount of pressure reduction. The ejector-type vacuum pump also reduces the pressure in the closed container that is connected to the oil tank, and when the pressure is reduced to vacuum or a preset negative pressure close to vacuum,
The air in the tank and container is discharged, and the air bubbles (air) mixed in the highly viscous oil or liquid are also easily defoamed. Then, when the pump is stopped, atmospheric air is introduced into the oil tank. , the inside of the tank is pressurized by the atmosphere. This causes the oil or liquid in the oil tank to flow through the oil filling pipe 4,
A predetermined amount of highly viscous oil or liquid can be supplied and filled into the closed container through the hose 5 quickly and without creating bubbles.

The air inside the airtight container, which has a complicated structure, is reliably discharged, and then atmospheric pressure is introduced into the oil tank, so using this atmospheric pressure to lubricate the airtight container is not a tedious process. In addition, even highly viscous liquids and oils can be filled into containers with small lubrication ports without creating air bubbles, and the pressure inside the tank can be easily adjusted using an ejector-type vacuum pump, making it easy to lubricate containers. It has the advantage that the amount can be adjusted reliably and easily.
また臭気の強い油の充填も簡単に行える。It is also easy to fill with oil that has a strong odor.
