調理室に開口されたジユース流出口とかす排出口
とを有する調理ケースと、この調理ケースを着脱
自在に嵌合保持する器体と、この器体に回転によ
り着脱自在に取着され前記調理ケースの上面開口
部を覆い前記カツターに対向する被調理材料投入
口を形成した蓋体とを具備し、前記回転体を回転
させる駆動軸を軸支する軸受が嵌合される軸受嵌
合凹部を前記調理ケースの下方に設け、この嵌合
凹部の周壁下部に円環状の段部を形成するととも
にこの段部の上部の前記嵌合凹部の周壁に係合突
起を突設し、前記軸受の周面に前記段部の上面に
下面が当接される突部を突設するとともにこの突
部の周面に前記係合突起に係合される係止部を突
設し、前記軸受の突部は軸受の周面を包囲する円
