記ハブを本体部とキヤツプ部の２分割嵌合構造と
し、ハブ本体部は有底筒体で構成すると共に、中
心に回り止め断面形状のハブキヤツプ嵌合孔を有
するハブキヤツプ嵌合支持部を筒体底部中央に開
口面と面一に突設し、筒体開口面と反対側の外側
面にはＬ字形に突出するフランジ係止爪を設け、
ハブキヤツプ部は前記ハブ本体部のハブキヤツプ
嵌合孔に挿嵌可能でかつハブ本体部底面を貫通し
て外部に突出する長さのフランジ支軸と、該支軸
の一方の外端面に軸心と直角に設けた円板状の鍔
とからなり、前記ハブ本体部開口面とハブキヤツ
プ部との間に一方のフランジを貫通挾着し、ハブ
本体部を貫通して外側面に突出した前記ハブキヤ
ツプ部のフランジ支軸に他方のフランジを外嵌す
ると共に、Ｌ字形に突出するフランジ係止爪にて
該フランジを止着する構造となしたことを特徴と
