Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 放射性廃棄物及び産業廃棄物の投棄にはそれらを超へる
長期的な心理的な問題がある事にあるドラム缶そのまま
ではドラム缶の摩食によって放射能の放散による放射線
障害な起すから海洋投棄を考へたのであるドラム缶では
長い間に朽ち果ててもれると言ふ状態ではなく流れ出し
て行く様になる四方に放逸して海洋汚染を徴しくするぞ
の間て放射能の大部分は減衰してしまうがゼロになるか
明らかではない現在ドラム缶Ｋ　４１万本の廃棄物があ
ると言う事である後の世代の人達に対して与へる影響を
考へた時にそれらの放射能が海底より放散して表層部に
到り放射能に汚染された魚介類を食した人達はどの様な
苦しみがあるかできつる限り次の世代を困まらせてはな
らないドラム缶を−廻り大きいガラス壜に入れてカラス
壜の破損を防（・で放射能の放散を全くなくするために
コンクリートによって被覆を作るドラム缶の沈下した海
底ではドラム缶の腐食がある　だがコンクリートの被覆
によってドラム缶の腐食を防いでいる　−廻り大きいカ
ラス壜に放射性廃棄物を収納したドラム缶を入れて蓋を
ガラス溶接する溶接が終ってから放射性廃棄物を収納し
たドラム缶の入いったガラス壜な形粋の中に入れてカラ
ス増を被覆する　長い間に蓋の外れるおそれがあるため
に７容接する壜の蓋は外廻りを台円すい形：こする人類
の究極の目漂は幸福である次の世代の幸福をうばっては
ならない大気汚染も海洋汚染も珀威しなければならない
地球の燃料資源にも限つがある安全な原子力利用を希望
するガラス又は釦：こよって容器の蓋を覆う時に容器に
収納して１ちるｉＱ　７７物疋熱が伝ばらなくするため
に容器の上面を水面に見せて溶接する 放射性廃棄物の中で高レベルの廃液又は産業、廃棄物の
劇薬の処理には外の方法がある　工学的安全性を図ると
共に原子力利用から必然的に発生する放射組及び放射能
から人類及び生物又は植物の生活環境を守ること（（あ
る　非常に長期間にわたって安全確保が要求される 昭和５！ン年４月２４日着ｍ １１千件の表示

    性廃棄物及び産業廃棄物を収納した容器にコンクリート
    の被覆をもたせた沈下
