配置され前記軸線に沿う位置に応じて前記第二の
通路手段の実効通路断面積を制御するスプールと
、前記スプールを前記軸線に沿つて駆動し位置決
めする電磁アクチユエータと、前記スプールに係
合して該スプールの前記軸線に沿う移動を阻止す
る第一の位置と前記スプールより離脱して該スプ
ールの前記軸線に沿う移動を許す第二の位置とに
選択的に位置決めされるストツパとを有する減衰
