Claims (1)
- レーザビーム等を走査させるミラー回転装置に
おいて、光を反射させるミラーと、該ミラーを固
定するシヤフトと、該シヤフトを回転自在に支持
する軸受と、前記シヤフトに一端が固定され他端
は巻線を有する四角形の筒状のボビンに固定され
たアームと、ポールが四角柱でありヨークが四角
形の筒状で内壁四面に永久磁石を配して磁気回路
とで構成され、前記四角形の筒状のボビンが前記
磁気回路のポールと永久磁石との間を前記シヤフ
トの回転軸を中心に回転できるように配置したこ
とを特徴とするミラー回転装置。
