上記目的を達成する為、本発明は深夜電力契約使用時間

と、深夜電力契約使用時間終了時刻から前記所要通電時
間さかのぼった時刻に発熱体への通電を開始させるタイ
マー装置とを備え、前記演算器の演算は発熱体の通電迄
の時間、所要通電時間の演算を繰返し行う構成としたも
のであり、発熱体への通電を契約使用時間の途中から開
始させ、契約使用時間開始時刻以降の湯の使用、脚上湯
温設定変更にあっても、契約使用時間内に沸上を完了す
