Abstract

PURPOSE:To stabilize the performances of an electric controller and a motor by preventing the temperature from rising in those parts, by constituting a cooker in such a manner that the outdoor air in low temperature is to be sucked into a cooling fan, after it has passed through the electric controller and the driving motor to cool them. CONSTITUTION:An air suction hole 8 possible to suck enough air is provided to the back side of a cooling fan 5 fitted coaxially to the shaft 4 of a motor 6, and the air sucked by the cooling fan 5 is exhausted to the outside of an apparatus passing through a duct which encircles the cooling fan 5 and is connected to an exhaust passage 14 on the side of a combustion chamber. An electric controller 10 and a motor 6 are installed in a space facing to the suction port of the cooling fan, and an air flow is produced so that the outdoor air in low temprerature, getting into the space from outdoor air pores 11 can be sucked into the suction hole 8 of the cooling fan, after the air has passed through the electric controller and the motor part to cool them. With such an arrangement, not only the motor shaft 4 is cooled by the cooling fan 5, but also the temperature in the electric controller and in other devices can be prevented from rising, utilizing the suction effect of the fan.

Configuration of Xiaomei In order to achieve the above object, the configuration of the present invention is to arrange a roasting chamber and a combustion chamber in front and behind each other, a heat-sealed door l is installed in the front of the roasting chamber, and a combustion chamber is installed in the rear of the roasting chamber. In addition to opening an outlet to introduce fresh hot air from the oven into the roasting chamber, we also installed an inlet in the center.
A circulation fan is then housed to circulate fresh hot air from the combustion chamber into the roasting chamber. A partition wall through which the fan shaft passes is provided on the rear side of the fan, a self-cooling fan for the fan shaft is installed behind the partition wall, and an inflow hole capable of sucking sufficient air is provided on the rear side of the natural cooling fan. The air sucked in by the natural cooling fan is connected to the exhaust passage on the side of the combustion chamber, and a duct surrounding the natural cooling fan is provided so as to be discharged outside the equipment. An electric control device, a motor, etc. are installed in the space where the air is cooled, and after passing through the electric control device, motor, etc., the air flows so that it is sucked into the suction port of a self-cooling fan. This is a configuration that prevents temperature rises in the electrical control section, etc. by placing parts that are sensitive to temperature in this area.
This has the effect of cooling to a sufficiently safe temperature even if the device is close to a high temperature part such as a roasting chamber.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In Fig. 1, there is a door 12 on the front side of the roasting chamber 1 that is sufficiently sealed against heat, heat, waves, etc., and a fresh hot air outlet 13a on the rear side of the roasting chamber 1. A combustion chamber 2 is provided via a partition wall A13 having a suction hole 13b. A burner 9 is installed in the combustion chamber 2, and the temperature of the roasting chamber 1 is detected to repeatedly start and stop combustion to produce fresh hot air.A circulation fan 3 rotated by a motor 6 is installed in the combustion chamber 2. , the fresh hot air generated in the burner 9 is passed through the partition wall A13 of the roasting chamber 1,
It is discharged through the discharge hole 13a, sucked in through the suction port 13b, and discharged to the outside through the exhaust pipe 14 connected to the outside. A natural cooling fan 5 is attached to the rear side of the combustion chamber 2 coaxially with the motor shaft 4 of the motor 6. A self-cooling fan 5 is attached to the rear side of the partition wall B15 on the rear side of the combustion chamber 2. A passage having a partition wall C7 surrounding the cooling fan 5 and communicating with the exhaust pipe 14 is provided, and the partition wall C7 includes an electric circuit device 10 for controlling combustion of the motor 6.
A storage box 16 is attached to store the storage box, and an outside air suction hole 11 for sucking outside air is provided in a part of the storage box.

以下上記構成に於ける作用について説明する。The operation of the above configuration will be explained below.
