テーパ面となつたコレツト挿入孔を穿設し、上記
コレツト挿入孔には、元部が細径で先部が太径の
テーパ状に形成されているコレツトの元部を挿入
位置させ、しかも該コレツトの芯部には工具挿入
孔を備えさせると共に、その周壁には複数のすり
割り溝を放射状に備えさせて、該コレツトを上記
コレツト挿入孔の深部に向け移動させることによ
り該コレツトが半径方向に収縮して、工具挿入孔
に挿入された工具をその工具挿入孔の内周面によ
り締付け保持するように、更に上記本体には上記
コレツトをコレツト挿入孔の深部へ向けて押し引
きする為の操作環を付設すると共に、該操作環に
は工具を上記コレツト挿入孔に向け挿通する為の
工具挿通孔を備えさせ、更に上記工具挿通孔の内
側には、工具挿通孔の内周面と該工具挿通孔に挿
通される工具の外周面との間を埋めるようにした
