グラフカラムを接続させるカラム接続機構におい
て、前記第１および第２のクロマトグラフカラム
に挾着されるスペーサと、前記第１クロマトグラ
フカラムを把持し一側端部に雄ネジが設けられた
ブロツクと、前記第２クロマトグラフカラムを把
持するナツトとを具備し、前記雄ネジとナツトが
螺合し前記第１および第２のクロマトグラフカラ
ムをガス密閉構造に接続させるカラム接続機構。 (2) 第１クロマトグラフカラムはプレカラムで
あり第２クロマトグラフカラムは分離カラムでな
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載のカラム
接続機構。 (3) 前記スプーサは小口径の中心穴を有する円
板状部材でなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項
