金具６に、碍子連２の鉄塔取付点Ａと導体５とを
結ぶ軸線Ｌの片側に偏心して個数が増減可能な重
錘９を有し上記軸線Ｌをはさんだ反対側に複数の
振り上げ角度調整孔１０を有するジヤンパ線補強
金具８を取付けるとともに、該ジヤンパ線補強金
具８の振り上げ角度調整孔１０にはジヤンパ線１
４の基部を支持する補強杆１５を取付けたことを
