    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 制御指令に基づいて半導体スイッチング素子の位相制御
    を行なって昇圧トランスに供給する電圧を調整し、該ト
    ランスの２次側出力電圧を整流器で整流ののち集塵極に
    対向配置された放電極に印加する電気集塵装置用電源装
    置において、前記昇圧トランス及び整流器を収納するケ
    ーシング内の絶縁油中に前記半導体スイッチング素子を
    設置したことを特徴とする電気集塵装置用電源装置。
