おいて、上部にフライホイールを収納するフライ
ホイール室を設け、中央部にモータを備え、そし
て下部に羽根車を有するポンプを設け、モータ軸
の上端にフライホイールが連結され、その下端に
羽根車が連結され、モータ軸が貫通するフライホ
イール室の隔壁には軸受および軸封装置が設けら
れていることを特徴とするフライホイール付き水
