開閉する天窓装置の適所に、天窓開閉の要因とな
る降雨、温度、光等の因子を感知する各種センサ
ーの少なくとも一つを設置し、このセンサーが上
記因子を感知したときリニアヘツドモータが駆動
して上記天窓本体を開閉させる構成としたことを
