Claims (1)
- バラ物貯蔵ヤードにおけるバラ物の貯蔵量、貯
蔵場所の貯蔵状況、貯蔵されたバラ物若しくは貯
蔵されるバラ物の性状、バラ物の保水状況、バラ
物を取り扱うハンドリング機器の運転状況、風速
、風向等の気象状況を集中管理する集中監視装置
と、同集中監視装置の監視データに基づいて降下
粉塵量、粉塵濃度等を予測計算するシミユレーシ
ヨン装置と、同シミユレーシヨン装置の計算結果
を表示する表示装置と、上記シミユレーシヨン装
置の計算結果を予め設定した環境目標値と比較し
てシミユレーシヨン装置の計算結果が環境目標値
を越えているときには散水装置へ散水、上記ハン
ドリング機器へ限定稼働等の粉塵飛散防止対策を
指示する制御装置とを具えていることを特徴とし
た粉塵飛散防止装置。
