するクリツプ回路と、該クリツプ回路によりクリ
ツプされた電圧に応じて充電されるコンデンサと
、前記着信通話ループ中へ直列に挿入され前記コ
ンデンサの端子電圧が所定の受電電圧へ達したと
き前記端子電圧によりオン状態となりかつ該オン
状態を維持するスイツチ回路とを備えたことを特
