線路との接続が、第1と第2の導体線路群の一方
の先端は金属膜で形成した線路で接続し、もう一
方の先端は金属膜で形成した線路と細い金属線を
用いた接続用導体の組合せまたは細い金属線を用
いた接続用導体で接続した構成になつており、か
つ、この接続構成は、第1と第2の導体線路群を
構成する導体線路のうち1導体線路の該接続用導
体が断線しても、入力端子及び出力端子となる第
3の導体線路がそれぞれ導体線路群の他の接続用
導体または金属膜で形成した線路によつて直流的
に接続されるようになつていることを特徴とする
