面にインタデジタル状に導体線路群が金属膜で形
成され、該導体線路群を構成する導体路の両端部
が各々交互に接続されて第１と第２の導体線路群
を構成し、かつ、第１と第２の導体線路群の両端
部にそれぞれ入力端子及び出力端子となる第３の
導体線路を前記の同一基板上に形成し接続して成
る結合器において、前記第１と第２の導体線路群
と前記の入力端子及び出力端子になる第３の導体
線路との接続が、第１と第２の導体線路群の一方
の先端は金属膜で形成した線路で接続し、もう一
方の先端は金属膜で形成した線路と細い金属線を
用いた接続用導体の組合せまたは細い金属線を用
いた接続用導体で接続した構成になつており、か
つ、この接続構成は、第１と第２の導体線路群を
構成する導体線路のうち１導体線路の該接続用導
体が断線しても、入力端子及び出力端子となる第
３の導体線路がそれぞれ導体線路群の他の接続用
導体または金属膜で形成した線路によつて直流的
に接続されるようになつていることを特徴とする
