剤の中心部に挿入された炭素棒と、上記亜鉛筒の
上端開口部を塞ぐとともに上記炭素棒の上端部が
貫通する中心孔を有する合成樹脂製の封口ガスケ
ツトと、上記封口底板の外側に当てがわれ、周辺
部が上記亜鉛筒の上記内周フランジの外面に接す
