    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数個のフィルタユニットの夫々を、フィルタ面域に対
    応する大きさの支持囲枠とその支持囲枠内を少くとも２
    つの開口部に区劃形成する少くとも１本の区劃部材とか
    ら成る支持枠体の該各開口部の上面にこれを閉塞するべ
    くその相隣る開口部間の該区劃部材を共通にして載置す
    るようにしたフィルタユニット装置において、少くとも
    １本の該区劃部材を着脱自在としたことを特徴とするフ
    ィルタユニット装置。
