縁に半円筒部を突設すると共に、該摺接板片の裏
面に係合孔を備えた支持板片を突設してなるカバ
ー部材を左右一対に、かつ摺接板片が縁回し線用
開口の外側に摺接するように装着し、さらに、各
支持板片の係合孔にクランプカバー内に突設され
た係止ピンを係合させるように構成したことを特
