図ｃは試料容器の試料液体中にニードルを挿入し
た状態を示す側断面図である。
１は支持ブロツク、２ａ，２ｂはアーム、３は
エヤーシリンダ、４ａ，４ｂは圧縮空気送入孔、
５はロツド、６はピストン、７はフレーム、７ａ
，７ｂ，７ｃ，７ｄはアーム、８はエヤーシリン
ダ、９はロツド、１０は保持部材、１１はガスタ
イトシリンダ頭部、１２はロツド、１３はガスタ
イトシリンジ、１４はニードル、１５は保温槽、
１６は試料容器、１７はキヤツプ、１８は試料液
体、１９はストツパ、２０は気泡である。
