- フードの吸込口に適宜間隙を存して対向する２
枚のスロート壁を設け、該スロート壁には複数個
の小孔又はスリツトを水平に穿設し、前記スロー
ト壁の裏側には前記小孔又はスリツトに洗浄液を
揚液する部材を具備した液溜室を隣接して設けた
ことを特徴とする局所排気装置用フード。
