Claims (1)
- 圧電素子等を金属製外皮で覆つて構成され、前
記圧電素子には、接続枝片を突成された導電板が
乗接されている圧力センサーにおいて、前記導電
板の接続枝片の基部両端に切込みを形成し、少な
くとも封入側の圧電素子には、前記切込みと上下
で一致する位置に切欠部を設けたことを特徴とす
る圧力センサー。
