PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for providing a diaphragm with the self-restoring characteristics and enable flow rate of being adjusted accurately to a micro degree by performing a depressing-down actin or a lifting-up action of the diaphragm by use of a diaphragm holder. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm holder 4 is jointed with the upper face of a diaphragm 3 as to move along with the middle thereof. When a handle 27 is turned clockwise and counterclockwise, a valve rod 5 is turned and the diaphragm holder 4 is thereby moved up and down. When the diaphragm holder 4 is lowered, the diaphragm 3 comes to make close contact with a sealing face 12 including the top face of a weir 7. A fluid passage 6 will then be closed. On the contrary, when the diaphragm holder 4 is lifted up, the diaphragm 3 is also pulled up. The fluid passage 6 will then be opened.

題点がある。第1に、流路を開放した場合の流量調節が
困難である。第2に、ダイヤフラムに自己復帰力を付与
するために、ダイヤフラムの材質として特殊なものを必
