変形又は弾性変形の可能な中間材を介在させて成
るボールバルブ。 ２ 前記セラミツクスは、炭化珪素、窒化珪素、
窒化アルミニウム、窒化ホウ素、炭化ホウ素、ホ
ウ化チタン、ジルコニア、アルミナ、ムライト、
サイアロン又はこれらの複合体のいずれか１種又
は２種以上であることを特徴とする実用新案登録
