づいてアイドル回転数を最適値に保持するように
制御するフイードバツク制御手段と、上記バツテ
リ電圧が所定以上の変化率で急激に低下したこと
を検出する検出手段と、この検出手段の検出信号
に応答してアイドル回転数を増大させる方向の制
御を加える補正制御手段とを備えたことを特徴と
