を合わせて結合させる偏波面保存光フアイバ用光
源において、前記球レンズとして外径0.8〜3
mmの球レンズが使用され、該球レンズの中心を通
る平面内に誘電体多層膜からなる偏光子の層が設
けられており、前記偏光子の機能を兼ねる構成と
したことを特徴とする偏波面保存光フアイバ用光
源。 (2) 前記偏光子の機能を有する球レンズは、光
の入出射曲率面に無反射コートが施してある実用
新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の偏波面保存光フ
アイバ用光源。 (3) 前記偏光子の機能を有する球レンズは、外
周に固定用の平面部分を有する実用新案登録請求
