- 外表面に四弗化エチレン系樹脂層を形成したシ
ヤフトを、薄葉体が巻芯部材の表面に多層に巻装
された被切断物の該巻芯部材の中空部に貫挿する
と共に、該シヤフトの端部を支持部材で支持し、
かつ、前記被切断物の周面に周方向に沿つて移動
自在に切削刃を当接してなることを特徴とする輪
