PURPOSE:To produce data with use of an exchange main body instead of a computer for exclusive use by storing previously a program used for generating a large number of data in the secondary storage means of a common control part and executing the program with use of the standby device of the common control part when data is required. The program used for generating necessary data in order to offer exchange services to the subscriber is stored in a secondary memory device 8, and read out to a main memory device 6 at the time of entering information on the subscriber registration paper so as to produce data. When the generation of all data is terminated, processing stored in the secondary memory device 8 is completely applied to the produced data.
