- 円筒状冷陰極をガラス外囲器内に挿入した構造
のＨｅ−Ｎｅレーザ管において、円筒状冷陰極の
外周上を外部に向つて数箇所又は連続的に突起さ
せ、この突起で円筒状冷陰極をガラス外囲器に固
定したことを特徴とするＨｅ−Ｎｅレーザ管。
