Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入出力同軸窓結合形進行波管の高周波回路を内包した真
    空外囲器の外周に複数個の円環状永久磁石及びポールピ
    ースを交互に進行波管と同軸的に配置してなる周期磁界
    集束装置において、該入出力同軸窓部へは前記円環状永
    久磁石を配置せず、前記入出力同軸窓の両側に隣接する
    ポールピースを含んで少なくとも２ケ所以上のポールピ
    ースが前記真空外囲器と相対応するネジをもって嵌合し
    、かつ前記入出力同軸窓の両側の各々二つ目のポールピ
    ースに前記ポールピースより大きい外径を有するポール
    ピースを配置し、この大きい外径のポールピースを複数
    個の磁性体片で橋絡してなることを特徴とする周期磁界
    集束装置。
