ラケツトに枢着し、前記ロアブラケツトとセンタ
ブラケツトの第１回動軸を中心とする回動を制御
する第１ロツク機構と、前記センタブラケツトと
アツパブラケツトの第２回動軸を中心とする回動
を制御する第２ロツク機構とを設け、常時はこの
第１、第２のロツク機構をロツク状態に保持して
ニユートラル位置を確保し、シートバツクの後倒
れの際は第１のロツク機構の解除によりセンタブ
ラケツトが回動すると自動的に第２のロツク機構
が解除されアツパブラケツトが第２回動軸を中心
として回動するように構成したことを特徴とする
