は前記弁座のテーパ面と対応した位置にテーパ面
を形成して、前記弁座を前記シリンダヘツドに嵌
装した状態で前記セラミツクプレートのテーパ面
を前記弁座のテーパ面に接触させ、当該弁座を介
して前記セラミツクプレートが前記シリンダヘツ
ドに保持されるようにしたことを特徴とするシリ
