コイル２の外径部、２ｂは環状コイルの側面、３
ａは排気孔である。なお各図中同一符号は同一又
は相当部分を示す。

- 環状リニア電磁ポンプに於いて、流体を通す内
側パイプの周囲に複数個同軸に巻回配列される環
状コイルの外径寸法を軸方向に各々相違させたこ
とを特徴とする環状リニア電磁ポンプ。
