冷却用エアーの風速を制御する冷却用フアン制御
回路を備えたことを特徴とするマイクロ波放電光
源装置。 (2) 前記冷却用フアン制御回路が、無電極ラン
プの点灯時点から所定時間は冷却用エアーの風速
を通常点灯状態より増大するとともに、無電極ラ
ンプの消灯時点から所定時間は冷却用エアーの風
速を通常点灯状態より減少させ、しかる後風速を
零にする制御動作を有するようにしたことを特徴
