接合部Jを外側に向けて配し、外側に上記第1部材10
をその接合部J′が前記Jに臨むように配してカーカス
プライの巻上げを行なう、このとき、第1部材10の基
部5aと、第2部材である端部5bとがJ、J′におい
て重なり合うので、両者を貼り合わせる。これによって
基部5aと端部5bとが一体化し、所望の形状寸法のビ
