Claims (1)
- 被検査管１に超音波を投射する発信探触子２、
及び、その被検査管１を透過した超音波を受信す
る受信探触子３を設けた超音波探傷装置であつて
、前記発信探触子２における超音波発生用振動子
５の直径Ｄを２０ｍ／ｍより、大でかつ、５０ｍ
／ｍ以下としてある超音波探傷装置。
