Claims (1)
- 回転するシヤフト側に固定されたメイテイング
リングと、非回転のハウジング側に固定されたフ
ローテイングシートとが互いに摺接することによ
り流体を密封するメカニカルシールの、前記シヤ
フトおよびメイテイングリングの双方に、互いに
係合するようになる係合手段を設け、該両者の相
対的な回転を抑止する回り止め機構において、前
記メイテイングリングを、前記シヤフトの所定位
置に外装固着される筒状のスリーブの外周に装着
するとともに、該スリーブにおける前記メイテイ
ングリングの装着部に周方向に配設した所要数の
ねじ孔に、該スリーブの内径側より係合ねじを螺
入締結し、該スリーブ外周面より突出した前記係
合ねじ先端部が、前記メイテイングリング内周に
形成した切欠と互いに係合することを特徴とする
メカニカルシールの回り止め機構。
