Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the characteristics of low leakage and low loss by reducing a magnetic resistance by arranging a square magnetic path formed by combining two U-shaped auxiliary iron cores, in the windows of EI-shaped and EE-shaped laminar iron cores. CONSTITUTION:U-shaped auxiliary iron cores 11, 12, 13, and 14 are combined into a square and arranged in the window parts 9 and 10 of the iron core formed by combining an E-shaped iron core 7 and an I-shaped iron core 8. For the auxiliary iron cores 11-14, the material of higher permeability than the iron cores 7 and 8 is selected and a magnetic directional property is determined as in a direction of the arrow. Also, when arranging them in the window parts 9 and 10, sizes are adjusted not to produce an air gap in junction parts 17. Then a bobbin (not shown in the drawing) on which a coil is wound is incorporated in the window parts 9 and 10 in which the auxiliary ion cores 11-14 are incorporated. Consequently, the deterioration of characteristics due to a distortion of iron-core blanking can be corrected by the auxiliary iron cores and the transformer of low leakage and low loss can be obtained.

The structure of the conventional example and its problems A conventional transformer, as shown in Fig. 1, has a bobbin 1 wound with a coil 2, and an E-shaped iron core 3 and a machined iron core 4, as shown in Fig. 2, butted against each other. Also, as shown in FIG. 3, it was constructed by incorporating a square-shaped iron core 6 formed by butting E-shaped iron cores 3 together. In manufacturing the core, mechanical strain occurs particularly around the window portion 6 of the E-shaped core 3 obtained by press punching, and this strain increases magnetic resistance and deteriorates magnetic properties. The characteristics after assembly into the transformer are that the excitation current, iron loss, and leakage flux increase.
This resulted in a decrease in efficiency.

このような特性は一般的には、鉄心打抜き後。Such characteristics are generally obtained after core punching.

Punching distortion was reduced by annealing. This method requires long-term treatment (6-12 hours) at a high temperature (700-80''C), which results in large economic losses. In addition, the iron core 6 obtained by annealing has characteristics due to temperature fluctuations of 1 hour. There is also large variation.

Furthermore, as a method for reducing leakage flux, there is a method of wrapping a shield plate around the outer periphery of the iron core 5, but although it is possible to reduce leakage, it does not reduce core loss or excitation current.

Next, FIG. 5 shows a sectional view of the transformer of the present invention after assembly. Reference numeral 7 indicates an E-shaped core, 8 an engineered core, 15 a bobbin for winding, and 16 a coil wound around the bobbin 15. U-shaped auxiliary cores 11 to 14 are placed against each other so as to form an open-shaped magnetic path that is equal to the window portions 9 and 10 of the E-shaped core 7 and the inside of the window. For the auxiliary cores 11 to 14, a material with higher magnetic permeability than that of the E-shaped core 7 and the shaped core 8 is selected, and the material thickness and the number of laminated layers of the auxiliary cores 11 to 14 can be varied.

By laminating the iron cores that form a closed magnetic circuit in the shape of a Japanese character by combining E-shape and I-shape, or E-shape and E-shape, we create a U-shape that is equal to the window diameter of the window, the window width, and the laminated dimensions of the iron core. A transformer in which two auxiliary cores are inserted so as to be in contact with the window, the auxiliary cores are arranged in a square shape to form a closed magnetic circuit, and a bobbin with a coil wound around the core is assembled.
