本発明は各種電子機器に使用されるトランスに関するも

従来例の構成とその問題点
従来のトランスは第1図に示すように、コイル2を巻回
したボビン1に、第2図に示すようなE形鉄心3と工形

3を突合せて構成した口字状の鉄心6を組込んで構成さ
れていた。ここで鉄心製造において、プレス打抜きによ
ってえられるE形鉄心3の窓部6の周辺においては、特
に打抜きによる機械的歪を生じ、この歪は磁気抵抗を高
め、磁気特性を悪化させる。トランスに組立後の特性で
は、励磁電流、鉄損、リーケージフラックスが増大し、

磁路となる鉄心を積層して、その窓の窓径、窓巾と鉄心
の積層寸法に等しいコの字状の補助鉄心2個を窓に接す
るように挿入しその補助鉄心はロの字になるように閉磁
路を構成するように配置し、この鉄心にコイルを巻装し
