Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize a safe titled device at low cost by a method wherein plastic panels each having a plurality of ducts being juxtaposed in parallel with the panel surface are arranged on the floor in the manner that each of the duct of the panels is connected with each other, and warmed air is flowed through said ducts. CONSTITUTION:Plastic panels 1 are arranged on the concrete floor 5 of a living room in the manner that through-holes 1a are connected throughout and adjacent panels are adhered to each other. Ends of ducts are connected with inlet-ducts 2 through which warmed air is made to flow. The present invention is safe because only warmed air is used. Also, the cost for material and installation is markedly reduced because plastic panels are employed as the ducts for flowing warm air.

Floor heating is considered an ideal heating method because humans live in close contact with the floor, and convection and radiation are efficient. Conventional floor heating methods can be roughly divided into two types: the first is to circulate hot water or a special solution through a radiator placed on the floor, and the second is to use electricity as a heat source and run current through resistance wires embedded in the floor. It is something that flows. However, the former has the problems of liquid leakage from pipes, pipe clogging, and high cost, while the latter has the problems of always being at risk of disconnection and electrical leakage, and is especially sensitive to moisture, so both have not been put into practical use very often. The present invention solves these problems, utilizes safe warm air, and realizes low-cost floor heating. - (Structure of the Invention) The present invention provides a floor characterized in that a plastic plate having a large number of holes arranged in parallel on its surface is arranged on the floor so that the holes are continuous, and hot air is circulated through the holes. It is a heating method.

As shown in FIG. 1, the plastic plate 1 has a large number of holes 1a arranged in parallel on its surface. The type of plastic is not particularly limited, but polyethylene and polypropylene are suitable, for example. This plastic plate 1 can be easily manufactured by extrusion molding or the like, and can be easily cut using a saw or the like.

The plastic plate 1 is placed on the concrete floor 5 of the living room.
As shown in the figure, the holes 1a are arranged and bonded in a continuous manner. The floor structure is not limited to concrete, but may also be made of wood or steel. When the heat conductivity of the floor structure is high, it is desirable to form a layer of heat insulating material such as foamed plastic or foamed concrete between the floor and the plastic board. The method of fixing the plastic plate 1 is not limited to gluing, but may also be nailed. The joint portion 6 of the plastic plate 1 may be a butt or a socket, and the outer periphery may be sealed with adhesive tape or the like.

One end of the hole 1a of the plastic plate 1 is connected to an inlet duct 2, through which warm air is sent. The inlet duct 2 passes through the wall 4 as shown in FIG. 3, but it may also pass through the floor. The heat source is not limited to boilers, electric heaters, solar heat, etc. Hole 1a
The hot air sent into one end flows through the hole la as shown by the arrow in Figure 2, reaches the outlet duct 3 at the other end, and is discharged into the room from the discharge lower as shown by the arrow in Figure 4. .

Depending on the case, a fan or the like may be provided at the exhaust port to perform forced exhaust, or an air purifier may be provided to exhaust fresh warm air. Further, depending on the case, it can also be discharged outside from an exit duct.
