Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate bonding work and obtain prominent bonding property by a method wherein a bonding layer, consisting of two layers of bonding agent and produced by extruding both of the agents constituted of the same constituent of calendering, is interposed between the interfaces as a bonding tape and, thereafter, is bonded by pressure under a temperature higher than the softening temperature of both waterproof sheets. CONSTITUTION:A two-layered bonding tape is consisting of denatured EVA and the blend rubber layer of polyolefin resin and the thickness of the denatured EVA layer is 0.2-1.5m/m while the thickness of the blend rubber layer of polyolefin resin is 0.3-2.0m/m, for example. The surface of polyolefin resin series blend rubber 2 of the two-layered bonding tape is piled on the thermobonding polyolefin resin blend rubber series waterproof sheet 1 and is bonded by heat and pressure under a predetermined temperature. Further, the PVC sheet 4 is piled on the surface of the denatured EVA sheet 3 and is bonded by heat and pressure under a predetermined temperature condition.

Waterproof sheets are installed on the muli and slopes of artificial ponds and waste storage areas to prevent water leaks and b'6 liquid leaks. The width of this tarpaulin sheet is about several meters due to the capacity of T-die and calender roll, but it can be used for 1 artificial pond or 11. The size of B fruit storage is vast, ranging from tens of meters to hundreds of meters.

On the other hand, when constructing an artificial pond or waste storage area, it is customary for one plan to be ordered and the period for completion to be completed is short. For this reason, the construction of tarpaulins for artificial ponds and storage areas is often completed in a short period of time by multiple tarpaulin manufacturers.

When construction is carried out by multiple tarpaulin manufacturers, the problem that arises is the work of joining the tarpaulin sheets at the boundary between each manufacturer. This is because the material of the tarpaulin sheet varies by 4 degrees depending on the manufacturer, so it is difficult to form a contact η between ``al'' and ``al;''.

This kind of waterproof sheet (]・) As seen from above, the rubber is ethylene propylene terpolymer vulcanized rubber compound type 1 synthetic 1rr, and the fuli type is currently mostly polyvinyl chloride type 1 Although it has been used for many years, recently it has properties intermediate between rubber-based and synthetic fat. Waterproof sheets based on thermoplastic elastomer and polyolefin HD blend rubber are attracting attention and are being used more frequently.

However, since the polyolefin resin blend rubber system is a non-polar bipartite, it has a polar fA such as polyvinyl chloride.

For this reason, although polyolefin blend rubber systems and vinyl chloride have been combined, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer-based additive polymers have been developed and commercially available. If such a blasphemous polymer is made into a tape and used alone as the vulgar layer of a tarpaulin sheet, the material of the tarpaulin body has a λ1j value, and the water sheet 1d □As a one-layer member, it allows for a gap in terms of adhesive strength and construction.

Generally, in order to increase the adhesive strength, it is important to make the eyebrow agent j, 1, and i as thin as possible. That is, when creating an adhesive tape for joining waterproof sheets, the thinner the adhesive tape is compared to the thickness of the waterproof sheet, the better the knitting force is, and it is also advantageous in terms of cost. but,
As the adhesive tape becomes thinner, the strength of the adhesive tape decreases, which may cause damage to the adhesive tape during heat fusion bIil process, deformation of the Oki U, and damage after melting and pressure layering due to the heat during heat fusion bonding. This results in non-uniformity of the adhesive, resulting in poor adhesion.
