The main door outer panel and the main door inner panel form an actual door panel, the cap-wearing outer panel and the cap-wearing inch panel form a cap-wearing panel, and the upper part of the main door inner panel is overlapped with the lower part of the cap-wearing inner panel. An overlapping lower edge portion for attaching to the wall is formed, a cap attaching flange is formed at the lower edge portion of the cap attaching outer panel to be folded toward the inside of the vehicle, and an upper flange formed at the upper edge of the main door outer panel is attached to the vehicle. A vehicle door having a structure in which the upper flange and the cap flange are bent inward and the upper overlapping wall and the overlapping lower edge are integrated by welding.
