Abstract

PURPOSE:To mold a casting mold which is integrally adhered so as to have a gap part having no outlet by incorporating a gluing mechanism into a device. CONSTITUTION:Right and left metallic patterns 1 and 2 holding respectively the cured casting molds 21 and 22 are split and at the same time a core metallic pattern 3 is lowered and reset to the home position. The gluing mechanism is then operated to spray and coat an adhesive agent 23 to the adhering surface of the mold 22. An injection nozzle is reset and the patterns 1, 2 are mated, by which the molds 21 and 22 are adhered and the completed hollow casting core is obtd.
