おける底部近傍側に配し、前記ガス出口には先端
に低温ガス噴射ノズルを具備した熱交換用チユー
ブを連設してなる低温ガス噴射器。 (2) 電気ヒータの外装管は、液化冷媒に浸漬さ
れる金属被覆管と、その上位に連結され断熱容器
に貫設されている断熱ブツシングとからなつてい
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の低温ガス

ブまたはフレキシブルチユーブと金属製フインチ
ユーブとの連結により形成されている実用新案登
